Information we collect
We collect account details such as name, company name, email, encrypted password records, plan status and usage counters. Payment providers may separately collect identity, billing and card information under their own privacy policies.
Spreadsheet processing
Uploaded spreadsheets are read in your browser for workbook preparation. When you request an AI plan, limited file headings, mappings, instructions and sample rows may be sent securely to the configured AI service. Do not upload personal or confidential information unless your company has authority to process it.
How information is used
- Authenticate accounts and protect company access.
- Apply trial, role and subscription limits.
- Generate requested spreadsheet and invoice outputs.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse and improve reliability.
- Respond to support and billing requests.
Cookies and security
We use an HttpOnly session cookie to keep you logged in and essential usage records to enforce the trial. Passwords are salted and cryptographically hashed; plaintext passwords are not stored.
Retention and requests
Account and billing records are kept while the account is active and as needed for legitimate operational, legal and accounting requirements. To request account access, correction or deletion, email info@hawanajd.com.
