1. Your account
You must provide accurate account and company information, protect your password and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and the permissions granted to employees.
2. Free trial and subscriptions
New eligible accounts receive a three-day trial with up to three processed files per day. Paid plan prices, duration and file limits are shown before checkout. A paid plan becomes active only after the payment provider confirms successful payment.
3. Spreadsheet and invoice results
You must review generated formulas, mappings, payroll totals, VAT amounts and invoices before relying on or sending them. Hawa Najd Sheet AI assists with preparation but does not replace an accountant, tax adviser or legal adviser.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload data you are not authorized to process.
- Do not attempt to bypass account, file, trial or subscription limits.
- Do not use the service to distribute malware or unlawful content.
- Do not interfere with the platform or another company’s workspace.
5. Availability and changes
Features may be improved, changed or temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Material pricing or service changes will be communicated reasonably before they apply to an active paid term.
6. Saudi Arabia
These terms are intended to operate under the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without limiting rights that cannot legally be excluded.
