Before payment
The free trial does not require a charge. The checkout page will show the plan, total amount, currency and billing term before a customer confirms payment.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation of future renewals by contacting support from the registered account email. Access normally continues until the end of the already-paid term unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Refund requests
Duplicate charges, technical billing errors and payments made without the resulting plan activation will be investigated promptly. Other refund requests are reviewed according to service usage, the selected term, applicable Saudi law and the payment provider’s rules.

Email info@hawanajd.com or WhatsApp +966 53 803 6707 with the account email, company name, invoice/payment reference and a short explanation. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or banking credentials.
